The breakfast was very nice! We were happy there was oat milk since we were all lactose intolerant. The room was nice, the shower faucet quality was excellent, which may seem like a minor thing but most hotels' shower faucets are whacky. The size of the room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the desk space. I mainly booked for the security on site. We felt safe.

The staff alone is what made our stay so wonderful. They were beyond nice and helpful in every way. Easter morning, they had placed out Easter eggs for the kids to find, always there to own a warm hello to the kids, and treated us more like family than strangers. Would stay here again just bc of how pleasant the staff was.

The room was very spacious. It was nice having the bar sink/counter/mirror in the room. The toilet room was separate from the vanity sink which was convenient. The hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and the location was close to the train / subway station which made it easy to get around

The staff were very helpful when I notified them of the uncomfortable conditions of our room. Spoke with The front desk and they switched my room immediately and asked how else they could accommodate our belongings we couldn’t refrigerate originally and we’re very kind about it. The breakfast was very good and the location was central to lots of shopping and food attractions. Definitely will stay again

The room was clean, but a bit on the small side for the length of our stay and price paid, however, the booking was very last minute due to a cancellation from another hotel. Overall, a great stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the area is amazing with lots of restaurants. The hotel is within a reasonable distance to downtown Atlanta. Will definitely stay again.

Location was great for our needs. Dan, the Manager was awesome in helping us solve a reservation issue. We added a night to our booking (via Booking.com). We had confirmation. However, Booking.com failed to notify the hotel. Dan was finally able to get them on the phone (after multiple attempts), and correct the error. He also personally made sure we were taken care of the rest of our stay. Thank you Dan!

The staff was very friendly, and professional. The location was quite convenient, close to all the main attractions in Atlanta and surrounded by various restaurants and retail locations. The room was very comfortable, with lots of space, and very clean.

Nice room and location was perfect. Allowed my bf and I to try many local food places that were really good.

The Room was very spacious and clean. I was happy with the layout. The breakfast had a number of items to choose from and was a good mix of hot and cold. The location is Buckhead, which is about 9 miles from downtown so not too far from things.
